Ragdoll Breed

Appearance, colours and patterns

The Ragdoll breed is a captivating blend of beauty, grace, and affection. Ragdoll cats are known for their large size, beautiful, expressive blue eyes, and semi-long, silky-soft fur. Their beautiful fur only requires brushing once a week, and they shed in Spring and Autumn. However, Ragdoll’s laid-back nature makes grooming a pleasant experience for both the cat and owner.

Ragdoll’s distinctive colours and patterns include seal, blue, chocolate, and lilac, each presenting in different patterns like colourpoint, mitted, and bicolour. The colourpoint pattern shows colour on the ears, face, paws, and tail, while mitted Ragdolls have white paws and chin. Bicolor Ragdolls feature more extensive white areas, often on the face, chest, and legs. Each pattern and colour combination gives the Ragdoll a unique and captivating look.
